  • We ship our items by Royal Mail with tracked shipping.

  • Foam is never identical when manufactured, different pores are formed during the process. For this reason colour, shape and texture can vary each time.

    As for handcrafting - Each sponge is cut by hand, making each one slightly unique.

  • Your item will be dispatched within 7-10 working days. All efforts will be made to ensure you get your order as soon as possible.

  • You can reach us anytime by emailing squeezemsponges@outlook.com. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

    You can also message me via TikTok and i will try my best to get back to you.

  • Different designs can take a substantially larger amount of time to hand craft and differing materials carry different costs.

  • If your parcel is lost please contact Royal Mail stating your tracking number to make a claim for a lost parcel.

  • Unfortunately due to the nature of these hand crafted items - orders cannot be cancelled.

  • Yes, tracking will be provided once the order has been shipped.

  • If you receive an incorrect item or your parcel is damaged. Please contact us within 72hrs of delivery so we can rectify the issue.
